Production
Established in 1969 as a small local artisan company with a semiautomatic system producing 1,000 tiles/h, today Gambale, in terms of production capability, is the largest Italian manufacturer of concrete roof tiles.
A result achieved also thanks to the entrepreneurial wilfulness of Vittorio Gambale, one of Italy’s pioneers of this product, partnered by his wife Anna Maria and sons Stefano and Marco and a solid “team” of artisans specialised in the industry. The vast investments made during the first forty years in business in hi-tech production systems and extending the production areas has been supported by a very favourable market response, since it has recognised for some time now the advantages offered by this extensive range of roof products noted for their elegant appearance and high quality.
Today, Gambale products are developed both at its historic headquarters in Mirabello in the Province of Ferrara, which covers over 50,000 sq. m. with 4 production plants of complete roofs and with a production capacity of 130,000 aluminium alloy moulds for the daily production of concrete roof tiles in 5 shapes and at its plant in Candela in Foggia as well as in China in Qingdao in the Shandong Province.
